10X Shape is a product operated by FunnelsEye ("we", "us"), an Indian software company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
If you're a customer: the account details you give us (name, email, phone, business details), the information you enter to run your coaching business, and basic technical data such as log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
If we contacted you by email: business contact information — typically a name, role, business name, business email address and publicly listed business details — obtained from publicly available sources or licensed business-data providers.
We do not collect special-category personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
To provide and support the service, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, to introduce our product to relevant businesses, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use your business's client data to train models, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing and analytics — under contracts that limit them to our instructions, and where the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal data.
We keep customer data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Contact details for people who opt out are kept on a suppression list — deliberately — so that we never contact them again.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for outreach. Email hello@join10xshape.com and we will act on it and confirm. If you're in a jurisdiction with additional rights (such as under the GDPR or India's DPDP Act), those rights apply and we'll honour them.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and hosted infrastructure with security controls appropriate to the data we hold. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our application uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for material changes we'll tell customers directly.

By using this website or the 10X Shape platform, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
You may use 10X Shape to run your coaching or wellness business. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into it, for your own clients' data, and for holding any consents you need from them. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your content remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service. You can export or ask us to delete it.
10X Shape is software for coaching professionals. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Coaches are responsible for the programmes they design and for advising clients to seek qualified medical guidance where appropriate.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. Taxes apply as required by Indian law. We'll give notice before any price change affecting you.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached in a way that risks the service or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
